<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NO. ________________________ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL OF THE <br />CARMAN BAY LAKE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br /> <br /> Whereas, The Carman Bay Lake Improvement District has adopted its 2021 budget and <br />tax levy; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, The district has forwarded the assessment roll to the City for approval; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, Hennepin County requires the City to approve the assessment roll for <br />certification to the property tax rolls. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> That the Hennepin County Special Assessment Division is hereby authorized to place the <br />costs totaling $33,600, on the 2020 property tax rolls, payable in 2021. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, this 9th day of <br />November, 2020. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________________________ ______________________________ <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br /> <br />33 <br />33
