The purpose of this action item is to approve the Tobacco License for C-Store Gas <br />Station formerly known as Orono Station. <br /> <br />2. Background. The current Orono Station is changing ownership and the new owners have <br />submitted an application for a Tobacco License. The applicant has provided all of the required <br />documents for a Tobacco License. The new ownership will take place on November 11, 2020. <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation.
