This application is regarding vacation and re-dedication of conservation easements <br />impacting several lots in the Lakeview of Orono development. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received and was considered to be <br />complete on February 14, 2020. Additionally, the 60-Day review period was extended and now <br />expires on June 13th. <br /> <br />3. Background/ Summary. At the April 13th City Council meeting the Council reviewed the staff <br />reports, public comments, and the Planning Commission’s recommendation. The Council voted 5 <br />to 0 on a motion to approve the application as presented and directed staff to draft an approval <br />resolution for adoption at the April 27th meeting. <br /> <br />4. Staff Recommendation. Based on Council’s direction, staff has drafted an approval resolution <br />for consideration.
