We were required to
submit a variance. We reduced the size of our addition in order to comply to the variance and
needed written documentation from our direct neighbor to encroach on the normal set backs of our
property line. We would expect anyone filing for a permit/variance in our neighborhood would have
to comply to the city guidelines.
This is a blatant disregard for Orono building guidelines.
Thank you for your consideration,
Phil & Darcy Otto
4116 Highwood Rd.
952-201-1345
