They have identified some areas where they <br />feel a change to the area protected by a conservation easement is necessary, either to preserve <br />the area or to facilitate a more functional building envelope for the property (Lot 17 Block 3). <br />The proposed changes will result in a net increase in conservation protected area of 16,064 <br />square feet <br />(0.37 acre). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Application Summary: The applicant is requesting approval for changes to the Lakeview of <br />Orono Conservation Easement Area (vacation and dedication) resulting in a net easement area <br />gain of 0.37 acre. <br />Staff Recommendation: Planning Department Staff recommends approval.
