This application is regarding a conditional use permit (“CUP”) to permit <br />plumbing, including a shower, within an accessory building. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received and was considered to <br />be complete on January 22, 2020. Therefore the 60-Day review period expires on March <br />22, 2020. <br /> <br />3. Background/ Summary. The applicant wishes to install full bathroom facilities within <br />an accessory building with a garage on their property which includes an office and <br />recreational space. A CUP is required due to the proposed shower. <br /> <br />4. Planning Commission Vote and Comment. On February 18th, the Planning <br />Commission held a public hearing. Following the public hearing the Planning <br />Commission voted 6 to 0 on a motion to recommend approval of the requested CUP <br />subject to the recording of the standard oversized accessory building and the plumbing <br />covenants. <br /> <br />5. Public Comment. There were no submitted comments from the neighbors. <br /> <br />6. Staff Recommendation.
