The first is a proposed subdivision of 2474 and 2480 Carman Street, the applicant <br />would split each of these lots, essentially creating two buildable lots with frontage and access off of <br />Shoreline Dr. (See attachment Subject Parcels). Does the County have any recommendation relative <br />to access location, type (shared driveway, etc.)? <br /> <br />The second is a proposed subdivision at 1485 Sixth Avenue (see Newell Sketch Plan, attached), <br />where the applicants proposed to split the large 24 acre parcel into three, with two lots fronting on
