<br /> 4 <br />Chapter 94, Article III, Division 2. 122 <br />Marinas 123 <br />DIVISION 2. - LICENSE[2] 124 <br />Sec. 94-96. - Required. 125 <br />It is unlawful for any persons to engage or participate in a business use without first having obtained 126 <br />an annual license from the city. 127 <br />Sec. 94-97. - Application. 128 <br />Any person or group of persons making license application for a business use shall do so on forms 129 <br />provided by the city and shall provide such information as may be deemed necessary by the council in 130 <br />order to act on such application. The fee for license application shall be set by resolution. 131 <br />Sec. 94-98. - Hearing. 132 <br />Upon filing of any application for a business use license, the council may call a hearing upon such 133 <br />notice as it may deem appropriate. No such hearing shall be mandatory but wholly within the discretion of 134 <br />the council, except that a hearing shall be held at the request of the applicant in cases of license revocation 135 <br />or denial. 136 <br />Sec. 94-99. - Insurance required. 137 <br />Each business shall provide certification of liability insurance coverage for the duration of the license 138 <br />period. 139 <br />Sec. 94-100. - Business use licenses limited to B-2 zone. 140 <br />No business use shall be licensed in any zoning district other than B-2; except that when a business 141 <br />use is allowed by ordinance in another zoning district, such use conducted in that district shall not be 142 <br />required to obtain a license. 143 <br />Sec. 94-101. - Revocation. 144 <br />Failure to adhere to this article shall be cause for license suspension or revocation. 145 <br />Secs. 94-102—94-135. - Reserved. 146 <br />SECTION 4.
