This shows a 3’ standard removable dock section <br />walkway that connects to the currently used boat dock shown in your pictures. My calculation is a <br />hard cover increase of 105.90 sq feet with a 3’ walk way on the 2 sides. <br />Calculations are as follows: <br />22.7 ‘ long x 3’ wide = 68.10 sf <br />+ <br />12.6’ long x 3’ wide = 37.8 sf <br />= Total add of 105.90 sf <br />Total HC is 3315 + 105.90 = 3420.9/12873 = 26.57%. The variance approval was 26.33% (pretty <br />darn close) <br />I do not have the info back from Gronberg yet.
