The purpose of this action item is to gain Council approval of seasonal and part time <br />employees. <br /> <br />2. Background. The hourly pay is proposed to be $12.00-14.00 for the Golf Course Clubhouse <br />Attendants, Brush Site Attendants, and Sledding Attendants; $12-$16 for Parks and Golf Course <br />Maintenance Employees, and $10-$16 for Utilities Maintenance Workers; and a pay range of <br />$15.00-$20.00 for the Clubhouse Manager. The Clubhouse Manager will be a part time <br />employee. All other employees will be seasonal and fall under the 6 month PERA Classification <br />and are therefore excluded from PERA membership. <br /> <br />3.
