To consider a resolution denying hardcover variances at 2645 Casco Point Road. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received on May 20, 2020, and was <br />considered to be complete on May 26th. The 60-Day review period has been extended and now <br />expires on September 23rd. <br /> <br />Background/ Summary. On July 13th the Council reviewed t he applicants’ request for variances <br />to construct a new home on a property with substandard area and width including a hardcover <br />variance to permit 27% hardcover where 25% is permitted. Due to lack of demonstrated practical <br />difficulty, the Council voted on a motion to deny the requested variances. The proposed <br />resolution documents the reasons for denial. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation.
