In the state of Minnesota, and across the <br />country, there is a long history of public/private <br />partnerships with clubs, including rowing clubs, <br />operating on public land (specifically park <br />land). For example, the Loppet Foundation <br />recently partnered with Minneapolis Parks and <br />Recreation at Theodore Wirth Regional Park on a <br />14,000 square foot building.In Minnesota, there <br />are many examples of public/private <br />partnerships with rowing clubs.
