matters for the Council, the Park Board, the Planning Commission and other relevant authorities <br />to weigh and consider at the appropriate time. <br /> <br />This is a contentious issue, as any proposal to develop a public natural resource is bound to be. <br />There is passion and goodwill on both sides and we have faith that the City Council, the Park <br />Board and the Planning Commission will take the necessary time to consider this proposal and <br />the appropriate process for proceeding, or not.
