If you wish to rebuild the new �arages <br /> they would have to meet current zoning requirements as follows; <br /> Setbacks; on lakeshore lots detached accessory structures are allowed to be 10' from the <br /> rear (street) lot line but a min. of 30' if the doors face the street. Garages from 750' to <br /> 1000' must be 15' from the lot lines and garages over 1000' require a 30' setback. <br /> Structure to structure setbacks; 10' <br /> Lot coverage; lots less than 2 acres are limited to 15% structural coverage (buildings). <br /> Hardcover; Lakeshore lots are not allowed hardcover within 75' of the lake shore.
