The �ro�erty is 1.ocated in the LR-lA single family <br /> residential. zoning district, requiring 2 acre minimum lot <br /> size and 200 foot minimum wiclth. Under the current zoning, <br /> the �ro��ety in total does not ap�ear to meet the 2 acre <br /> minimum Xot size standard, and current�.y wouJ.d be considered <br /> as a substandard size lot in this 2 acre zone. <br /> 3. When providing municipal sewer to 2 acre zones, the <br /> City has historica]. ly not changed the zoning to a]. l.ow <br /> densities greater than 1 residence �er 2 acres. Providing <br /> existing neighborhoods with City sewer has not automatically <br /> been accompanied by changes in zoning. Therefore, I have no <br /> reason to believe that rezoning woul.d occur in the Stubbs <br /> Bay area if municipal sewers were instal.l.ed. <br /> 4.
