The extent of grading and filling that will be allowed <br /> for any residence developed on Lot 2 shall be regulated by the <br /> pertinent requirements of Municipal Code Section 10 . 03 , Subds. <br /> 19, 20 and 21 . <br /> 6 . The previous one unit sewer assessment as part of the <br /> Bayside North sub-area of the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project shall <br /> be assigned to Lot 1 . One unit connection charge as part of <br /> the Stubbs Bay Northwest sub-area shall be paid for Lot 2 at <br /> the time a building permit is issued for Lot 2 , in an amount <br /> according to the City fee schedule at that time. <br /> 7 . The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br /> with the Hennepin County Recorder' s Office on or before July <br /> 11, 1993 together with a certified original copy of this <br /> resolution and executed copies of the following documents : <br /> A. Drainage, Utility and Trai1 Easement . <br /> B. Amendment to Special Lot Combination Agreement . <br /> The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the <br /> plat cannot be filed by the date specified above . In that event it <br /> will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono <br /> for subdivision review.
