Epple, as Trustee of the <br /> Magdalen M. Pidgeon, a/k/a Madalen M. Pidgeon Trust Agreement along with tha <br /> copy of the rejection letter from Hennepin County. The letter from Hennepin <br /> County indicates that the Agreement was signed by Ms. Epple as Trustee,however, <br /> the Certificates of Title(copies enclosed) for the property subject to tl�e Agreement <br /> indicate that the Trustee is Magdalen Pidgeon a/lc/a Madalen M. Pidgeon not <br /> Madal}n�.3. Epple. <br /> In order to record the Special Lot Combination Agreement, it will be <br /> necessary for Ms. Epple to provide the City with an Affidavit of Trustee which <br /> should indicate that Ms. Epple is currently the Trustee of the Magdalen M, <br /> Pidgeon, a/lc/a Madalen M.
