During our inspection we noted that the fence required to extend along the entire east boundary of the Block property at 2260 Bayview Place has an opening to allow access to their tuckunder garage. While this access would appear to be in violation of the Agreement,the City Attorney has reviewed the Agreement and advised that it may be difficult to enforce. That being said,we will follow up by informing the Blocks of the agreement and their obligations imposed by it, in an attempt to gain voluntary compliance.
