The few public comments received were generally in support <br /> of the amendment. <br /> Planning Commission voted 6-0 to recommend approval of the proposed ordinance amendment. <br /> The DNR has indicated their approval of the wording per the attached letter. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends approval per the ordinance attached as Exhibit A. <br /> Proposed Motion: <br /> Moved by , seconded by , to adopt Ordinance # , 2nd Series, an <br /> ordinance amending Orono's Zoning Code Section 10.56, Subd. 3, amending the definition of <br /> "Top of Bluff".
