Sewer Availability Charge (SAC) <br /> 2015 Affidavit of Property Use <br /> This Affidavit of Use is to verify the demand on this property for SAC purposes for the <br /> Non-Conforming Credit when there is no evidence of SAC paid for the existing demand <br /> and no public documentation can be found for the two types of Non-Conforming Credit: <br /> 1) Grandparent Demand (demand used prior to '1973 when the SAC program began <br /> with evidence between 1968 — 1978): and 2) Long Continuous Demand (demand for 10 <br /> years or more up through yearsprior 3 to current SAC Determination or permit <br /> issuance) <br /> Property Address: 3382 Shoreline Boulevard, Orono, MN. (Building) <br /> Customer Community: <br /> Parcel Identification Number: 17-117-23-44-0100 <br /> Dates of Non-Conforming Credit, through <br /> Type of Non-Conforming Credit: Grandparent Demand; Long Continuous Demand <br /> Affidavit of Lana Putt <br /> The undersigned certifies; <br /> I am a hair stylist and i worked as a stylist at the Magic Mirror salon from approximately <br /> t'(tc ' 1-965 through 1978. Throughout that period the Magic Mirror Salon was located in <br /> leased space in the Building at 3382 Shoreline Drive in Orono. Because of my personal <br /> involvement with the salon business, I became familiar with the salon business and the <br /> other businesses that were located in the Building From approximately 1987 through <br /> 2005.. the salon business was operated continuously at its leased location in the <br /> Building. The salon normally functioned with five or more stations for cutting and styling <br /> hair, The salon occupied one half of the space now being remodeled for use as 'a <br /> restaurant (approximately one fifth of the Building's main floor), The hair salon <br /> continuously occupied that space within the building until it moved to a different location <br /> in 2005. <br /> From and after 1.965. I was aware of the businesses that operated within the Building <br /> Immediately west of the salon's location in the Building, there was a space occupied by <br /> the `Magic Cleaners', a dry cleaning business known to me to be owned and operated <br /> by Dick McCurdy (3386 Shoreline). The Magic Cleaners had a retail location on the <br /> main floor and did all of it's cleaning of laundry in the basement level of the building <br /> Based on my knowledge and recollection, the Magic Cleaners occupied approximately <br /> one half of the space now being remodeled as a restaurant (one fifth of the basement <br /> and one fifth of the main floor of the Building. Dick McCurdy operated the Magic <br /> Cleaners until he sold the business to Donald and Dana McCarville. It is my belief that <br /> the Magic Cleaners operated continuously at 3386 Shoreline Drive from 1968 through <br /> 1973_ <br /> From and after 1971 the space within the Building and immediately east of the salon's <br /> location, there was a space occupied by "Axel and Bob's Meat Market', a retail butcher <br /> shop business. (3382 Shoreline). It is my belief that the Axel and Bob's Meat Market <br /> operated continuously at 3382 Shoreline Drive from 1968 through 1973. <br />
