<br /> The subject property is located within the City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
<br /> I Hennepin County is one of seven counties which form the "Twin Cities" metropolitan area. The
<br /> metropolitan area is located in the northern end of the southern 1/3 of the State of Minnesota
