The plan shows proposed retaining w� � w�� �`'��J K � <br /> height, engineering design and details r' 'l�`� <br /> • The proposed grades shown on the grading plan do not match the house elevations that <br /> were submitted. Specifically, the west elevation does not match in the front door area. <br /> The grading plan shows a landing area of 943.0 with the first floor elevation at 950.3. <br /> The west elevation shows the landing area at 947.0+/-, The south elevation shows the <br /> "left" retaining wall in a different location than the grading plan. <br /> • The above referenced grading plan near the house is acceptable from an engineering <br /> standpoint. If further grading plan changes are made to match the two plans, they <br /> should be resubmitted for review. If only the house plans are revised, resubmission for <br /> the house area grading is not needed for an engineering review. <br /> • An application for a Minnehaha Creek Watershed District permit for work in the creek bed <br /> area has been submitted. Revisions to this area may be necessary to comply with the <br /> permits. We recommend waiting with final ciry wetland related review comments until <br /> watershed district approval has been obtained. <br /> • This project will disturb more than 100 CY of material. Sediment and erosion control <br /> information meeting the requirements of Orono's City Code 79-7(c)(2) must be <br /> submitted.
