Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to gain approval for a resolution to designate polling <br />place locations for the 2021 Elections. <br />2. Background. Cities are required to designate polling places by December 31 of each year, even if <br />nothing has changed. Also, this is the case in spite of 204B.11, Subd. 3. Essentially, polling place <br />designations are effective until changed, but they also must be designated by December 31 of every year. <br />3. Staff Recommendation.
