ADDITIONAL SURVEYS REQUIRED: <br /> a. Per City Code Section 86-68, a foundation survey is required to be submitted <br /> prior to commencement of framing; and <br /> b. An as-built grading plan verifying compliance with the building permit, <br /> stormwater managem,..lt, grading and drainage plans shall be submitted prior to <br /> the issuance of a Certi2icate of Occupancy for the residence. <br /> 7. The building plans submitted for building permit will be reviewed to ensure compliance <br /> with the City's building height and number of stories regulations. <br /> 8. Applicants shall remove all existing and not install any plastic or fabric liner material in <br /> the decorative landscape beds on the property to ensure their permeability as non- <br /> hardcover surfaces. Fabric necessary for creek bank stabilization is an exception. <br /> 9. Required removals of structure and hardcover to be removed shall be completed prior to <br /> the footing inspection for the new home. <br /> 10. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the Property not with the Applicants, but <br /> are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the new <br /> construction within one year of the date of Council approval, or the variance and <br /> conditional use permit will expire on that date (November 23, 2010). <br /> 11. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution <br /> shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br /> granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 12.
