The project meets the criteria for the City's CUP review and will be expected to <br /> comply with MCWD permitting rules as well. <br /> Engineer Comments <br /> 1. The proposed location is a clear improvement over the current site. It will allow for <br /> routine maintenance operations to occur without impacting crystal bay road traffic. In <br /> addition it will be more aesthetically pleasing that the current configurations. <br /> 2. The current site grading plan takes hardcover runoff into account and ties into the <br /> existing stormwater system. Should protect neighboring properties form any runoff <br /> issues. <br /> 3. MCES should consider a landscaping/screening plan particularly between the proposed <br /> facilities and the neighboring properties to the north. <br /> Public Comments <br /> To date, no public comments have been received. The Met council has reached out for neighbor <br /> comments included as Exhibit B. <br /> Issues for Consideration <br /> 1. The commission should discuss if any additional plantings or screening should be <br /> required. <br /> 2.
