The City Council held the public hearing and reviewed the variance requests <br />for the proposed public works building at 365 Old Crystal Bay Road on October 25th. At that <br />time, they directed staff to prepare a resolution of approval. The resolution approving the <br />variances is attached as Exhibit A, incorporating the findings noted during the initial Council <br />review. <br />3.Planning Staff Recommendation.
