<br />4 <br />10/4/2021 <br />VOTE by voice vote of Board and those in attendance: All who voted, voted Aye, Nays 0. MO- <br />TION PASSES. <br /> <br />D. Election of Board Members and Officers <br />Four Board positions for 2-year terms are expiring. There were no nominations from the public. <br />Nominations from the public must be received by the Board by June 1st, as required by the CBLID <br />Bylaws. The four incumbents, Ted Chalupsky, Mark Kieper, Mark Plewka and Dave Owen, have <br />agreed to run again, were nominated and re-appointed. <br /> <br />The Board must elect its officers annually. Nominees to keep the following positions: Chairman, <br />Nielsen; Vice Chair, Plewka; Treasurer, Kennefick and Secretary, Owen. These Board members <br />agreed to fill these positions, and were re-appointed. <br /> <br />VIII. Adjournment <br /> Motion to adjourn by Chalupsky, 2nd by Plewka. <br />VOTE by the Board, Ayes 6, Nays 0.
