To consider a resolution permitting redevelopment of a substandard lot. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received on April 21, 2021 and was <br />considered to be complete on April 28th. The 60-Day review period has been extended and now expires on <br />August 26, 2021. <br /> <br />3. Background/ Summary. On June 14th, the Council considered an application for lot area, lot width, <br />and front and rear setback variances to redevelop the subject property with a new single family home. The <br />Council discussed the request siting the unique shape, substandard size, lack of frontage, ambiguous yard <br />orientation, the proximity to the Luce Line Trail as difficulties impacting the property. The Council voted <br />5 to 0 to approve the requested variances as proposed. <br /> <br />4. Public Comment. No comments for or against the project have been received. <br /> <br />5. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends the Council adopt the attached approval resolution. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Council should consider adopting or amending the approval resolution as drafted. <br /> <br />Exhibits <br />A.
