The purpose of this action item is to approve the Gambling Permit for Corvair <br />Preservation Foundation. <br /> <br />2. Background. The Corvair Preservation Foundation is planning to host a Covair car raffle on June <br />5, 2022. Orono City code requires City Council to approve Gambling permits by resolution. <br /> <br />3. Recommendation. The Applicants have submitted all the requested documents and have met all <br />requirements. Staff recommends approval of the gambling permit. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve the Gambling Permit for Corvair Preservation Foundation for their raffle event to be <br />held on June 5, 2022. <br /> <br />Exhibits <br />A.
