Planning Commissions <br />minutes are provided as Exhibit D. <br /> <br />The applicant held a neighborhood meeting on July 6th. Following that meeting, the applicant agreed to <br />relocate the patio from the NE corner of the site, as illustrated on Exhibit N. This change, and any others <br />directed by the Council should be reflected in revised drawings to be attached to an approval resolution. <br /> <br />6. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends the Council direct staff to draft a resolution of approval <br />for the proposed Master Development Plan, zone change, and preliminary plat, incorporating the <br />following conditions: <br />a. Met Council approval of the Comprehensive Plan amendment that reduces the density below 20- <br />units per acre <br />b. MCWD approval <br />c. City Engineer approval <br />d. Fire Chief approval <br />e. Approval of the final plat and Development Agreement <br />f. Height no higher than 30 feet <br />g. Relocate the patio from the NE corner of the site <br />h.
