Bonding for Public Works Facility <br />Olson presented the bonding information related to the costs for the Public Works Facility <br />(PWF). He noted that the City will need to do a Public Hearing and will also need to adopt a <br />Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). <br /> <br />Walsh noted that the capacity is quite large compared to what the City needs to do.
