Authorities granted by this resolution run with the Property not with the Owners, but are <br />permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining building permits and/or land alteration <br />permit by October 14, 2022 or the approvals will expire on that date. <br /> <br />2. All other findings, conclusions, and conditions of Resolution No. 7029 shall remain in <br />effect. <br /> <br />3.
