<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NO. 7225 <br /> <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />the addition, deck, stoop, and flagstone walkway for a total site hardcover level of 3,298 square <br />feet or 25%, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Council approval is based on the entire record, including Findings outlined in Resolution <br />No. 7189. <br /> <br />2. The approved project shall conform to the site plan and building plans submitted by the <br />Applicants attached to Resolution No. 7189, and the revised deck plan attached to this <br />Resolution as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />3. Any amendments to the plans which are not in conformity with City codes may require <br />further Planning Commission and City Council review. <br /> <br />4. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the Property not with the Applicants, but are <br />permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the new <br />construction and commencing construction of said project. A building permit must be <br />obtained within one year of the date of original Council approval of Resolution No. 7189, <br />or the variances will expire on that date (April 26, 2022). <br /> <br />5.
