The purpose of this action item is to gain approval to accept a donation from Blaine Police <br />Explorer Program. <br /> <br />2. Background. The Police Department has received a donation from Blaine Police Explorers. The <br />Orono Police Explorer program assisted Blaine Police Department with a golf tournament. For assisting <br />them with golf tournament, a donation was given to the Orono Police Department Explorer program in <br />the amount of $585.00 <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation. I recommend approval to accept the donation of $585.00. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> <br />Motion for approval to accept donations of $585.00 from the Blain Police Explorers.
