The motion is <br />to accept them and move forward to process through that, subject to getting through the contract. <br />Walsh seconded the motion. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br /> <br />Walsh would like to keep this at the Council-level the entire way through the process, for public <br />meetings, and everything. <br /> <br />Crosby noted he and Walsh went out to Big Island.
