MIN—Navarre <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO SITE LEASE AGREEMENT <br />This Amendment No. 1 (hereinafter "Amendment") to that Site Lease Agreement dated July 9, <br />2001 ("Lease") by and between the City of Orono (hereinafter "Landlord") and Verizon Wireless (VAW) <br />LLC d/b/a Verizon Wireless (hereinafter "Tenant") is hereby made a part of and incorporated into the <br />Lease. <br />1.Modifications to the Lease. <br />A. The Lease is amended to allow an installation as described in Exhibit C-2, which is attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. <br />B. The reference to 6 antennas in Section 2 shall be changed to 12, and Rent for 2005 shall be <br />increased to $20,400.00 per year commencing April 1, 2005. This Rent amount shall be <br />increased on an annual basis, according to the terms of the Site Lease Agreement.
