Submittal of Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) permits <br /> approving the grading, stormwater management facilities, Storm Water Pollution <br /> Prevention Plan(SWPPP),erosion control plan and wetland mitigation plans. <br /> 6. Provision to the City of a title opinion for the Property and certified copies of <br /> all recorded easements currently affecting the Property. <br /> 7. Execution of a Development Contract including provision of financial security to <br /> ensure that all site improvements are installed and maintained to the City's <br /> specifications and satisfaction, and to establish conditions for future development of <br /> the site. <br /> 8. Payment of development fees as established in Resolution No. 7165 as follows: <br /> a. Park Dedication Fee: $27,750.00 <br /> b. Stormwater and Drainage Trunk Fee: $40,300.00 <br /> c. Sewer Connection Charge: $26,900.00 <br /> 9. Execution of a preservation easement and covenants for the protection, <br /> preservation and enhancement of woodlands and bluffs over those areas designated for protection on <br /> the approved preliminary plat. <br /> WHEREAS,the City staff and consultants have reviewed the plans for this subdivision and <br /> hereby specify approval of each plan and identify them as part of the official record <br /> for SHORELINE ESTATES,all attached as Exhibit B;and <br /> Sheet 1: Title Sheet <br /> Sheet 2: Grading Plan <br /> Sheet 3:Road Plan <br /> Sheet 4: Stormwater Management Plan <br /> Sheet 5: Sanitary Sewer Plan <br /> Sheet 6:Erosion Control Plan <br /> Sheet 7: SWPP Plan <br /> Sheet 8:Detail sheets <br /> Sheet 9:Landscape Plan <br /> 2 <br />
