plan may also be approved by-Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). If the Plans vary <br /> from the terms of this Contract, the terms of this Contract shall control. The Plans are: <br /> Plan A—Plat of Shoreline Estates <br /> Plan B —Grading <br /> Plan C - Road <br /> Plan D—Stormwater and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP)meeting <br /> NPDES requirements <br /> Plan E— Sanitary Sewer Plan <br /> Plan F—Landscape and Restoration Plan (including invasive species removal) <br /> Plan G—Final Plans for Improvements Proposed in Hennepin County <br /> Right of Way <br /> 8. IMPROVEMENTS. The Developer shall install and pay for the following as <br /> required to be built in accordance with the Plans (the"Improvements"): <br /> A. Site Grading, Ponding, and Erosion Control <br /> B. Setting of Iron Monuments <br /> C. Surveying and Staking <br /> D. Private Roadway <br /> E. Turn Lanes, Traffic Control Signs: Street Signs <br /> F. Underground Utilities: Sanitary Sewer <br /> G. Stormwater Management Facilities <br /> The Improvements shall be installed in accordance with all state and federal law and regulations; <br /> the City subdivision ordinance; City standard specifications for utilities and street construction; and <br /> any other ordinances including those concerning erosion and drainage and any prohibiting grading, <br /> construction activity, and the use of power equipment. The Developer shall submit plans and <br /> specifications which have been prepared by a competent registered professional engineer to the City <br /> for approval by the City Engineer. The Developer shall instruct its engineer to provide adequate <br /> field inspection personnel to assure an acceptable level of quality control.
