The recording of the Plat and the Conservation Easement shall be conclusive <br /> evidence of the satisfaction of this special provision. The Developer is advised that MCWD- <br /> imposed wetland buffers shall be adhered to. <br /> J. The Developer shall submit Homeowners Association documents to provide for the <br /> maintenance, including snow removal and landscaping, of the private road and cul de sac island. <br /> K. Developer shall cause Outlots A, B, and C to be combined with lots 3, 2, and 1, <br /> respectively, immediately following plat recording. Developer shall record a Special Lot <br /> Combination Agreement for each paired lot and Outlot. Developer acknowledges that no building <br /> permit will be issued until confirmation of such combination has been presented to the City. <br /> L. Developer shall provide a Declaration of Pedestrian Easement over Outlots A, B, and C <br /> for the benefit of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1. <br /> M. Developer shall record a Tree Preservation Easement to protect vegetation on certain <br /> portions of the lots. <br /> 26. SUMMARY OF SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.
