Minimum volumes for New Tanks: 1st Tank - 1,250-gallons; 2nd Tank - 1,000-gallons; Pump Tank - 1,000-gallons. <br />2. The pump tank will need to installed closer to the mound to create proper drainback. <br />3. An Alternate Site was identified and staked out. Protect area during construction and for future use. <br />4. Mound berms calculated at 3:1 slope ratio. The Downslope berm cannot extend beyond property boundary. Due <br />to the the height of the mound and 12% slope, additional landscaping may be necessary to keep backfill and topsoil <br />on property. <br />5. Alternate Site identified did not find >12" of suitable soil. The future system will require a Type III mound with <br />36" of washed mound sand or a Type IV system. The entire site was investigated for a Type I system for the <br />alternate location.
