It was the action of the Board to <br /> approve this application with the following conditions: <br /> Email: • Reimbursement of mailing costs in the amount of$63.00 <br /> • Submit a surety in the amount of$2,500.00 for erosion control <br /> admin®minnehahacreek.org • Payment of Rule J fees in the amount of$150.90 <br /> Web Site: • Submit a declaration for the preservation of grassed swales and filter strips which must be <br /> executed and recorded <br /> www.minnehahacreek.org • Submit a maintenance agreement for street sweeping which must be executed and recorded <br /> Due to the size and complexity of certain projects,the Board,by Rule J,requires that site <br /> inspections be conducted. In these cases, the applicant is required to pay to the District, a fee equal <br /> to the actual costs of analysis of the project,field inspection, engineering services,legal services, <br /> and any subsequent monitoring of the work.These costs are referred to as Rule J fees. <br /> Board of Managers <br /> Pamela G,Blixt Once the above mentioned fees have been paid and the other conditions have been met staff will <br /> issue the permit.
