It was the action of the Board to approve this application with the following conditions: Email: • Reimbursement of mailing costs in the amount of$63.00 • Submit a surety in the amount of$2,500.00 for erosion control admin®minnehahacreek.org • Payment of Rule J fees in the amount of$150.90 Web Site: • Submit a declaration for the preservation of grassed swales and filter strips which must be executed and recorded www.minnehahacreek.org • Submit a maintenance agreement for street sweeping which must be executed and recorded Due to the size and complexity of certain projects,the Board,by Rule J,requires that site inspections be conducted. In these cases, the applicant is required to pay to the District, a fee equal to the actual costs of analysis of the project,field inspection, engineering services,legal services, and any subsequent monitoring of the work.These costs are referred to as Rule J fees.
