Completed application form requested Preliminary/Final Plat Approval. <br /> Engineering - Public Improvements <br /> 2. Plans and specifications for service line/cotions around the pond. Proposed plans shall <br /> be provided to the City for final reviewprovalwith the Preliminary Plan set. <br /> 3. The Public Works Department and MnD shall review and approve all utility <br /> improvements. <br /> 4. Final grading, drainage and erosion control plan owing existing and proposed contours, <br /> building locations,elevations,stormwater pon tilities and erosion control measures to be <br /> used during construction. <br /> 5. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District permit proval of the stormwater plans. <br /> 6. Engineering details and design must a provided for the proposed retaining wall. <br /> 7. Plans for the sidewalk/trail connections being pr ided along the Brown Road trail along the <br /> east side of the property,from the property to a sidewalk along Highway 12,and between <br /> each of the proposed buildings. <br /> 8. All trails shall be permanently owned and maintained b pplicant/property owner to provide <br /> pedestrian access through therte. Applicant shall t trail easements to permit public use <br /> of the trails. (,f fetv,re Q <br /> q • Geotechnical evaluation of the soil shall be submitte with the pavement design and shall <br /> be submitted to the City Engineer for approva with the Preliminary/Final Plat set. <br /> Engineering evaluations and plans shall indicate e stability of the parking areas located <br /> adjacent to the office building,including the ret ning wall system adjacent to the property. <br />
