DUNBAR PROJECT - MASTER PUNCHLIST <br /> ❑ Staff to submit Comp Plan Revision Package to Met Council and Adjacent Cities <br /> (ASAP -by August 6 if possible)Application will note City Council Concept Plan <br /> Approval per Res. #4619, Cond. 1. Request MC approvals per October 8 and also note <br /> proposed timeframes for completing remaining submittals for the 2000-2020 CMP <br /> amendment. The Senior Housing CMP Amendment should be treated as a stand-alone <br /> amendment not tied to or held up by the 2000-2020 Amendment. <br /> ❑ City Council to Extend Effective date of Concept Plan Approval Resolution No. 4619 which <br /> expires 6 months after March 12, 2001 (expires September 12, 2001). Do this at August <br /> 20th Council meeting -staff to draft a resolution of extension. <br /> Cl Rezoning approval and preliminary/final plat approval to be scheduled for the October 8, <br /> 2001 Council meeting <br /> i 0 Developer needs to have mylars approved by Hennepin County and available at that <br /> meeting for signature <br /> 0 Therefore, staff needs to review preliminary plat drawings and give a formal OK so the <br /> County Surveyor can approve them. <br /> O Developer should ASAP confirm that MnDOT and HennDOT have OK'd the plat; if <br /> not, Developer should ship it off to them now. <br /> O Staff will draft separate preliminary and final plat approval resolutions for adoption on <br /> October 8. <br /> O Staff will draft an ordinance for adoption on October 8 that rezones the two new lots <br /> from B-1 to B-6 (Lot 1) or RPUD (Lot 2) <br /> s b v•..++ / .,Anl ►►.�.� ala. - + s 4.125" <br /> ❑Developer must complete "Conditions for Development Plan and Final at as <br /> specified in Condition 4 (Pages 7-11)and/or as follows, prior to the October 8 meeting: <br /> O Plans and Specifications. The following plans and specifications shall be <br /> submitted for review and approval by the City and other appropriate jurisdictions: <br /> ❑ Final plans and specifications for all proposed utility lines and services, <br /> including any proposed revisions to existing service facilities. <br /> Plans and specifications for replacement of sanitary sewer line <br /> around the stormwater pond <br /> Final sanitary sewer and watermain plans and connection lines, <br /> and clearly indicating which lines are to be City owned and <br /> maintained(i.e. the mains) and which are to be privately owned <br /> and maintained(i.e. the building connections) <br /> Routing of non-City utilities (electric/gas/phone/cable) <br />
