ARTICLE VIII. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS Section 8.1 Conflicts of Interest; Representatives Not Individually Liable. No HRA or City officer who is authorized to take part in any manner in making this Agreement in his or her official capacity shall voluntarily have a personal financial interest in this Agreement or benefit financially therefrom. No member, official, or employee of the HRA or the City shall be personally liable to the Developer, or any successor in interest, in the event of any default or breach by the HRA or the City or for any amount which may become due to the Developer or successor or on any obligations under the terms of this Agreement. Section 8.2 Notice of Status and Conformance. At such time as all of the provisions of this Agreement have been fully performed by the Developer, the HRA and the City upon not less than ten days prior written notice by the Developer agree to execute, acknowledge and deliver without charge to the Developer or to any person designated by the Developer a statement in writing in recordable form certifying the extent to which this Agreement has been fully performed and the obligations hereunder fully satisfied. Section 8.3 Notices and Demands.
