Landscape plans <br /> shall be prepared - - - - - - other qualified <br /> person acceptable to the director of planning, drawn to a scale of <br /> not less than one inch equals 50 feet and shall show the following: <br /> a) boundary lines of the property with accurate 61111 <br /> dimensions; <br /> b) locations of existing and proposed buildings, parking lots, <br /> roads and other improvements; <br /> c) proposed gradingplan with two foot contour intervals; <br /> d) location, approximate size and common name of existing trees <br /> and shrubs; <br /> e) a planting schedule containing symbols, quantities, common and <br /> botanical names, size of plant materials, root condition and <br /> special planting instructions; <br /> f) planting details illustrating proposed locations of all new <br /> plant material; <br />
