A maximum of 6 honeybee hives are permitted per Planning Commission <br /> recommendation. <br /> 5. Relocation of the hives may require City approval. Please confirm prior to relocation. <br /> 6. Additionally, the conditional use permit shall remain in effect as long as the conditions <br /> imposed by the City Council are observed, but nothing in this section shall prevent the city <br /> from enacting or amending official controls to change the status of conditional uses. <br /> 7.
