Request MC approvals by mid-October. <br /> Met Council staff have indicated the Senior Housing CMP Amendment cannot be treated <br /> as a stand-alone amendment, but will be reviewed as a revision to the 2000-2020 CMP <br /> Amendment. As a result, Council will adopt a resolution re: SWMP on August 13, <br /> and staff will complete items required to be submitted to complete the 2000-2020 CMP <br /> submittals by August 15 and submit them along with the Senior Housing Amendment. <br /> ❑ City Council to Extend Effective date of Concept Plan Approval Resolution No. 4619 which <br /> expires 6 months after March 12, 2001 (expires September 12, 2001). Do this at August <br /> 20th Council meeting -staff to draft a resolution of extension. <br /> ❑ Rezoning approval and preliminary/final plat approval to be scheduled for the October 8, <br /> 2001 Council meeting <br /> O Developer needs to submit `Final Plat Application' (forms: see Paul Weinberger) and <br /> pay $225.00 final plat review fee and $200.00 document filing fee as noted in <br /> letter of 10-25-00. <br /> O Developer needs to have mylars approved by Hennepin County and available at that <br /> meeting for signature <br /> O Therefore, staff needs to review preliminary plat drawings and give a formal OK so the <br /> County Surveyor can approve them. <br /> O Developer should ASAP confirm that MnDOT and HennDOT have OK'd the plat; if <br /> not, Developer should ship it off to them now. <br /> O Staff will draft separate preliminary and final plat approval resolutions for adoption on <br /> October 8. The final plat resolution will include language to complete the vacation <br /> of the old sewer easement crossing new Lot 2. <br /> O Staff will draft an ordinance for adoption on October 8 that rezones the two new lots <br /> from B-1 to B-6 (Lot 1) or RPUD (Lot 2) <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
