<br /> We received a request to reduce the financial guarantee for the Orono Woods site. We inspected the
<br /> site on Friday September 6, 2002. The developer currently has two letters of credit totaling
<br /> $414,908. Based on our site inspection we would recommend a reduction in the tot-•.1 financial
<br /> guarantee in the following manner:
<br /> Letter of Credit
<br /> Original Amount (1 & 2) $414,908
<br /> Proposed Reduction (1 &2) $274,658
<br /> Revised Amount $140,250
<br /> We have attached revised cost estimates reflecting the work remaining. The proposed financial
<br /> guarantee should be retained until all site improvements are complete and vegetation has been
<br /> established.
