MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO HRA MEETING <br /> Monday,July 24,2017 <br /> 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> The Orono Housing and Redevelopment Authority met on the above-mentioned date with the following <br /> members present: Mayor Dennis Walsh, Council Members Wendy Dankey and Victoria Seals. <br /> Representing Staff were City Administrator Doug Reeder, Community Service Director Jeremy Barnhart, <br /> City Planner Melanie Curtis, Public Works/City Engineer Adam Edwards, City Attorney Soren Mattick, <br /> and Recorder Jackie Young. <br /> Mayor Walsh opened up the HRA meeting at 7:02 p.m. <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> Gregory Bronk thanked the Orono City Staff for their work in putting together the agreement. <br /> 1. CONSIDER PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR ORONO WOODS LAND <br /> Seals moved,Dankey seconded,to approve the Purchase Agreement between the Orono Housing <br /> and Redevelopment Authority(HRA) and Orono Senior Housing,LLC,for the sale of the land <br /> under Orono Woods; to approve the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants; and to approve the <br /> Amendment to the Development Agreement.
