Bonding for Public Works Facility <br /> Olson presented the bonding information related to the costs for the Public Works Facility <br /> (PWF). He noted that the City will need to do a Public Hearing and will also need to adopt a <br /> Capital Improvement Plan(CIP). <br /> Walsh noted that the capacity is quite large compared to what the City needs to do.
